Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it and attach it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the bottle is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
