How do ALT. Fragrances compare to designer brands?
Our fragrances are inspired by high-end luxury scents, using similar high-quality ingredients and essential oils to achieve a near-identical olfactory profile at a fraction of the cost.
Are your fragrances Extrait de Parfum or Eau de Parfum?
All ALT. Fragrances are hand-crafted as Extrait de Parfum, which contains a higher concentration of fragrance oil (30-35%) for superior longevity and projection compared to standard Eau de Parfum.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products. Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or used.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer sample sizes?
Yes, we offer 5ml sample vials for most of our scents, allowing you to test the fragrance on your skin before committing to a full-sized 30ml or 60ml bottle.
